Duluthtradinng started with a pretty simple idea: make it easy to find sturdy, useful goods without all the noise. We’re a small, independent operation based in Massachusetts, and every decision—from the products we pick to how we answer the phone—is guided by what we’d want as customers ourselves.
There’s no corporate parent behind us, no tangled web of sister companies, and no connection to any other brand or retailer out there. Duluthtradinng is entirely independent. The name, the site, the selection, and the service are all built and run by our own team.
We believe good shopping shouldn’t require a leap of faith. That’s why we keep our policies clear, our shipping free, and our returns straightforward. We don’t believe in making things complicated just because it’s the norm.
