We stand behind what we sell, and we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. If something doesn’t work out, here’s what to do.

Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. After that window, we aren’t able to accept the item back.

Condition Requirements
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, we absolutely still accept the return—just contact us right away, and we’ll walk you through it, even if the packaging was opened.

How to Start a Return
Send an email to info@duluthtradinng.it.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with a prepaid return shipping label. There are no restocking fees, and you will never be charged for return shipping.

Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our location, we inspect it and process the refund within 1–2 business days. After we issue the refund, it can take an additional 7–10 business days for the money to show up on your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Original Payment Method Only
Refunds are always sent back to the same Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal account you used for the purchase. We cannot route a refund to a different card or account.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment. The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
